This message appears when files previously scanned are scanned again. LinkFixer Advanced, by default, will skip all files that have been previously scanned and have not been modified since the last scan, to increase performance. If we want LinkFixer Advanced to not skip any files, and process all files, regardless if the files have been recently modified or not, the setting below needs to be enabled.
1. Click on the {☰} Hamburger menu in the top-left corner.
2. Go to "Settings"
3. Go to "Files"
4. Under "File Processing." enable "Always re-scan unmodified files"
