You can change the path of a working link to its absolute form during the Inoculate process. Here is how.
To Enable "Force links to Absolute," during Inoculation:
1. Click on the Main menu on the top left.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click on the Inoculate category on the left.
4. Put a check mark next to "Apply the following rules to links when Inoculating files:".
5. Put a check mark next to "Force links to:".
6. Click the radio button for "Absolute path".
