Yes!
The Cure process does not depend on the database data that was collected and used during the Inoculate process.
The Cure process uses only the linkIDs and fileIDs ("locator beacons") that were inserted into your files and links by the Inoculate process. These IDs uniquely identify which "child" files are associated with which links in the "parent" files.
Database data that was valid before your migration is usually no longer correct after the files have been moved to a new location. So, LinkFixer Advanced ignores any data it finds in the database when processing files during the Cure.
