LinkFixer Advanced Inoculate process inserts a 16-digit hexadecimal "locator beacon" into the metadata of the files it processes.
When this "locator beacon" is associated with a link in the parent file, it is called a linkID.
When it is added to the child file -- the file that is pointed to by the link -- it is called a "fileID".
